Former Asante Kotoko and Ghana goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has finally tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Hajara, in a colourful traditional wedding ceremony.
The joyous occasion was attended by family, friends and well-wishers, who gathered to celebrate the union of the former Black Stars shot-stopper and his bride.
The pair, who have been together for years, decided to make their union official in a colorful marriage ceremony.
Danlad has enjoyed a notable career both at club and international level. The talented goalkeeper rose through the ranks at Asante Kotoko, where he established himself as one of the country’s promising goalkeepers before moving abroad.
His impressive performances also earned him a place in Ghana’s squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, where he was part of the Black Stars team that represented the nation on football’s biggest stage.
Following his departure from Asante Kotoko, Danlad secured a move to Ethiopian Premier League side Ethiopia Coffee FC, where he continues to pursue his professional career.
While remaining focused on his football ambitions, the goalkeeper has now celebrated a major milestone off the pitch by exchanging vows with Hajara.
