Ghanaian-born UK-based music duo Reggie ‘n’ Bollie, of X-factor fame, will on Thursday make a special appearance on Music Business Dialogue, a talk programme put together by Media General in collaboration with Ghana Tourism Authority.
The Dialogue is set to lead a conversation around monetizing opportunities within the creative industry, a key area for the development of the arts.
The duo, currently in Ghana to among other things perform at British High Commission on Queen Elizabeth’s birthday, will also be sharing their experiences.
The increasing numbers of creatives in the country require a strategic event like the Music Business Dialogue for creative industry players to share ideas on how to make the most out of the arts.
Considering the strides the duo have made in their career and their second placing in the 2015 X-factor, their contributions to a discussion on monetizing art will be of value.

The event is designed to have key industry players with insights engage in panel discussions while giving audience the opportunity to also get involved through a question-and-answer session.
Conrad Nyur, the General Manager of Mobile Content Limited, Abraham Ohene Djan, the CEO of Fiesta TV and OM Studios, and Francis Doku, the General Manager of MG Digital, will be on the panel, with Reggie ‘n’ Bollie as special guests.
The event starts at exactly 10:00 am and will be live on TV3 and on 3FM.
The Dialogue is under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture together with its agencies – the interim Creative Arts Council, the Ghana Tourism Authority – in partnership with Media General.
