Eleven Wonders captain Emmanuel Boateng has indicated that he strongly believes his side will avoid relegation by the end of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking after the team’s first win of the campaign against Dreams FC on Monday, Boateng expressed satisfaction with the gradual improvement under their newly appointed head coach, Emmanuel Aidoo.
“I’m very happy [with this win]. Right now we are solving our issues, small small, and that’s why we have our first win. Our new coach knows our situation, and he is engaging us on how to turn things around. I’m 100% confident we can escape relegation,” he said.
Boateng’s optimism reflects the renewed energy within the camp as Eleven Wonders fight to climb out of the drop zone in the weeks ahead.
Despite picking a first win of the campaign, Eleven Wonders remain bottom of the Ghana Premier League standings.
The team will hope for a second win of the season next weekend when they face off against Swedru All Blacks.
