Stan Dogbe’s professional journey began in journalism, where he accumulated over 25 years of hands-on experience. As the Head of Talk Programmes at Joy FM, Ghana’s premier radio station, he was the architect behind the highly influential Super Morning Show, which shaped public discourse in Ghana during its prime. Dogbe also served as a senior editor, renowned for his exceptional newsgathering and packaging skills.
Dogbe’s transition into politics began in 2009 when he was appointed as a technical adviser to the Minister and Deputy Ministers for Information. His role expanded as he became a Presidential Aide to both President John Evans Atta Mills and then-Vice President Mahama.
In 2012, Stan Dogbe cemented his relationship with President Mahama, serving as his Special Assistant and Director of Communications during his presidency. He played a pivotal role in shaping and managing the President’s communication strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the government and the public.
He was also instrumental in the John Mahama 2020 and 2024 campaigns, overseeing communications, digital strategies, and campaign operations. His expertise in digital media and political strategy has been credited with effectively amplifying Mahama’s campaign messages and engaging diverse audiences across Ghana.
Beyond politics, Stan Dogbe has ventured into entrepreneurship. He owns WoezorTV, a growing television station, and has business interests spanning marketing communications, construction, logistics, and interior decoration.
Dogbe’s creative vision earned him national acclaim for directing Ghana’s most visually captivating and well-executed presidential inauguration, showcasing his talent in event planning and brand development.
