Head of Taunton International School (United Kingdom), Aidrian Hallworth, will be visiting Accra, Ghana between 18th-21st September to connect with parents and stakeholders interested in exploring UK education opportunities for their children/wards.
During the visit, Mr. Hallworth will engage in various activities, including Visits to local schools, including Roman Ridge, Ghana International School (GIS) and Al Ryan ICS. Meetings with the Ministry of Education and National Union of Students.
The event, hosted by the British Council, will feature a brunch with parents and a cultural visit to the Arts Centre.
Other highlights of the event include personalised meetings with the Head of Taunton School, London which he will share insights into the UK education system and curriculum and guidance on the application and visa process. There will also be networking opportunities with other parents and education stakeholders, and cultural immersion through local visits and events.
The Meet the Heads event aims to provide a platform for parents to learn about the benefits of a UK education, the admission process, and the support available for international students.
As part of his schedule, Mr. Hallworth will visit schools on 19th September 2024; meeting with Ministry of Education and National Union of Students and British Council event with parents on 20th September 2024; and cultural visit to Arts Centre on 21st September 2024.
