Former Hearts of Oak board member Alhaji Akanbi suggests ways to tackle hooliganism in GPL

Not every stadium is suitable for hosting games. This could have avoided something like the demise of the fan, he said.Akanbi also emphasized the importance of venue selection in ensuring fan safety.
