Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum charges players to improve conversion rate
Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has charged his players to improve their conversion rate despite their victory over Eleven Wise in the FA Cup.The Porcupine Warriors progress to the last eight of the competition after a hard-fought 1-0 victory at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. Elvis Kyei Baffour netted the only goal in the first half as the Porcupine Warriors set up a quarter-final clash with True Democracy.Defensively we looked very solid, offensively, there is a lot of creativity there, what is left is to put the ball at the back of the net, said coach Ogum.Like you saw today, look at the first half, the first 15 minutes, obvious opportunities we were missing them. What do I think out of the two games we have to improve? I think its all about conversion. Once we are able to work on our conversion that will be fine for us.The Porcupine Warriors next travel to Samreboi to face FC Samartex in the Ghana Premier League.
