Aduana FC have completed the signing of winger Daniel Awuni on a three-year contract from Serbian side FK ÄukariÄki, reinforcing their squad in the second half of the Ghana Premier League season.
The highly rated wideman returns to domestic football after mutually parting ways with the European outfit, ending a four-year spell that began in February 2025 following his move from Norwegian club Sarpsborg 08. His arrival marks a significant addition for the Dormaa-based side as they continue their push for the league title.
Awuni is expected to play a key role in Aduana’s attacking setup, bringing pace, creativity and top-flight experience to the flanks. His return adds further depth and quality to a squad already targeting sustained success this season.
The winger began his professional career with Accra Lions, making his senior debut in the 2021/22 campaign. He scored twice in 26 league appearances that season and went on to record six goals in 58 appearances across two seasons before earning a move abroad.
Now embarking on a new chapter with Aduana FC, Awuni will be keen to rediscover his best form and make an immediate impact as the Fire Club chase silverware.
