Bechem United midfielder Kofi Tompuo has disclosed that players are feeling good after securing their first away win in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
After failing to win any of their 13 away matches of the season, the Hunters finally secured their first last weekend when they travelled to Samreboi to overcome FC Samartex 2-1.
Speaking on the result, Kofi Tompuo noted that the feeling in camp is now great, and players are motivated heading into the upcoming games.
“..the feeling is so great. Yeah, as you can see, winning, winning the first away game. It's not, it's not easy. And the place that we've won the game, it wasn't an easy match, because Samatex are very tough,” he told Bechem United TV.
Now set to face league leaders Medeama SC in their next match, Kofi Tompuo believes the fixture will be tough but is confident Bechem United have what it takes to secure at least a point.
The upcoming match is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, with kick-off set at 3 pm.
