Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong has expressed his delight after Dalian Yingbo Haifa secured a narrow 1-0 away victory over Liaoning Tieren in the Chinese Super League on Wednesday.
The win, which came courtesy of a stunning 84th-minute strike from Romanian midfielder Nicolae Stanciu, extended Dalian Yingbo's winning streak to five matches.
Acheampong started the game and played 90 minutes before being substituted in added time, putting in a lively shift on the left flank.
After the final whistle, the 32-year-old took to social media to share his excitement. "Another 3 points secured. We keep pushing," he wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding hashtags for his club and the league.
The result keeps Dalian Yingbo firmly in third place on the CSL table with 15 points, continuing their impressive turnaround after opening the season with two consecutive defeats. The team will now look to extend their winning run when they face Yunnan Yukun in their next fixture.
