The 21-year-old defender arrives after one season with One Taguig, having moved to the Philippines club from Stallion Laguna in September 2025. Halm made 33 appearances in the PFL during his career, scoring twice and providing one assist.
Halm was born in Accra and stands at 1.83m. He is a right-footed central defender, a profile that adds further detail to Kasuka’s latest recruitment as the club strengthens its squad with an international signing.
His spell with One Taguig followed a free transfer from Stallion Laguna. He joined Stallion Laguna in March 2024, having previously been with TFA Dubai earlier in his career.
The move takes Halm into the Brunei Super League after his time in Philippine football. Kasuka confirmed the change of club on 25 August 2026, with the Ghanaian now registered as part of their squad.
Halm’s arrival also marks a step into a new footballing environment for the defender, who has spent the recent stages of his career with clubs in the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. His previous experience includes competitive appearances in the PFL, where he contributed at both ends of the pitch.
Kasuka FC have now completed the signing of Stephen Halm from One Taguig.
