Ghanaian centre-forward Joseph Junior Kwarteng has joined Usce U19 from IMT Belgrad U19 on a free transfer, giving the Serbian youth side a new attacking option.
Kwarteng, 18, made the move on 18 September 2026 and has joined Usce’s Under-19 team, which competes in the Omladinska liga Srbije. The forward was born in Kumasi and represents Ghana at nationality level.
He arrives after a spell with IMT Belgrad U19, whom he joined in February 2026. His move to Usce marks a second club change during the 2026-27 season and keeps him in the same youth competition.
Kwarteng has already featured five times in the Omladinska liga during the current campaign, playing 223 minutes. He has not scored in those appearances and has recorded no assists, while his involvement has included starts and substitute appearances.
The teenager’s preferred role is centre-forward, placing him in the central attacking position for his new club. Usce U19 are his latest destination after he spent the opening part of the season with IMT Belgrad U19.
Kwarteng’s first recorded move to IMT came on 19 February 2026, before his free transfer to Usce later in the year. The change means he will continue his development within Serbian youth football, with his recent competitive experience coming in the Omladinska liga.
No contract length has been specified for his time at Usce, and the move was completed without a transfer fee.
Kwarteng completed his free transfer from IMT Belgrad U19 to Usce U19 on 18 September 2026.
