The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed an improved NASCO rewards package for players and coaches in the UMB Division One League for the 2026/27 season.
The new package is being provided by Electroland Ghana Limited, distributors of NASCO electronics and home appliances. The company is beginning its second season of expanded support for the second-tier competition, covering matches in Zones One, Two and Three.
Electroland is also the official rewards partner of the Ghana Premier League and the Malta Guinness Women's Premier League, where it recognises Man of the Match, Player of the Month and Coach of the Month winners.
Under the revised arrangement, the best-performing players and coaches in the UMB Division One League will receive upgraded NASCO products, including television sets.
Weekly Player of the Match winners in each of the three zones will now be presented with a NASCO stand blender. The prize replaces the steam iron awarded to winners during the previous season.
There have also been improvements to the monthly awards. The Player of the Month will receive a 32-inch NASCO television set, replacing last season’s 24-inch model.
The Coach of the Month prize has also been increased, with winners receiving a 43-inch NASCO television set instead of the 32-inch television presented last year.
Chief Executive Officer of Electroland Ghana Limited, Mr. Nour Seklaoui, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting domestic football.
GFA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo, Esq., expressed the Association’s appreciation to Electroland for continuing its partnership with the UMB Division One League.
The enhanced rewards will apply throughout the 2026/27 season across all three zones of the competition.
