Some men don’t go to church because of how their wives treat their pastors – Rev. Eastwood Anaba

President of the Eastwood Anaba Ministries and founder of Fountain Gate Chapel, Reverend Eastwood Anaba, has stated that some men refuse to go to church because they see how their wives treat their pastor compared to how they treat them at home.

Reverend Anaba, during a sermon last Sunday, commented that some wives treat their religious leaders very well than their husbands.

The renowned man of God said this creates some form of rivalry between the husbands and pastors, discouraging them from attending church services.

Some of the men, the reason they don’t go to church is that they see the way their wives treat their pastors and the way they treat them, their husbands. When they come to church, they see their wives: ‘Oh Daddy, good morning, Daddy praise the Lord, Daddy I miss you… Daddy, here’s a seed.

The wives, according to him, behave so meek and humble and sometimes act as if they’ve seen God when they set eyes on their pastors.

However, these same wives don’t act all loving and caring towards their husbands.

And the man is looking at the fact that this morning, this woman never said I miss you although he had just come from a trip. This woman didn’t give him food. All of a sudden she had seen her pastor and it’s as if she had seen God. ‘Oh Daddy, when I see you the anointing just falls on me.

Reverend Anaba also highlighted the hypocrisy of some women and how they revere their pastors more than their husbands.

He added that some men despise their pastors because of this treatment.
