A professional driver Ernest Obiri Lartey is calling on the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to remove her Ladyship, Justice Georgina Theodora Wood as the Chief Justice of Ghana for violating 146 (8) of the Constitution.
In a petition to the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, it cited ‘incompetence’ on the part of the Chief Justice for failing to comply with the decision of the Supreme Court that any petition seeking the removal of a Justice of the Supreme Court under Article 146 of the constitution must not be published in media.
Over hundred judges and judicial staff were implicated in an investigative piece by ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
