The defeated Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo Prampram E.T Mensah is set to contest in the upcoming Council of State Elections scheduled for February 16, 2017.
He was knocked out of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) November 7, 2016 parliamentary primaries by his protégé Sam George who is now the MP.
The 70-year old MP is part of the list of people who have been nominated to contest in the Greater Accra region.
