Bolgatanga Technical University VC, 2 other officers reinstated as court nullifies their removal

In its judgment, the court held that the University Council did not form a quorum when it took the decisions that led to the removal of the Vice-Chancellor and the two other officers. The decisions were therefore unlawful. Read Full Story
