Preparations underway in Tamale for burial of Aliu Mahama

Tamale, Nov. 17, GNA – The relatives of the late Alhaji Aliu Mahama, Northern Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), and Executives of New Patriotic Party (NPP) are feverishly preparing the grave of the former Vice President in Tamale.   The grave is being prepared in the residence of  Alhaji Mahama at Kalpohin Estate in the Metropolis, where he would be buried on Sunday.   The programme line up for the burial include; arrival of the body at 1200 hours at the Tamale Airport and to be received by the RCC, family members and the party and then sent to the Tamale Central Mosque for prayers before burial.   Mr Moses Bukari Mabengba, Regional Minister, NPP stalwarts as well as other political parties and journalists signed a book of condolences.   GNA...
