Ghana defender Derrick Kohn has celebrated Union Berlin's strong finish to the 2025/26 Bundesliga.
The German-born Ghanaian defender played a key role as the capital side finished the campaign in eleventh place.
Kohn made 29 appearances for the club, scoring a goal in the Bundesliga.
Union Berlin had a difficult second half to the season, leading to the sacking of Steffen Baugmart who was replaced by Marie-Louise Eta, the first female coach in the German league.
However, back-to-back wins in the last two matches of the season against Mainz and Augsburg helped to a good finish.
"End of the season. Not every moment was easy, but every moment helped us to grow. Proud of the journey, proud of the people around us and thankful for all the support this season. More to come," posted the Ghana left-back.
Kohn will now switch his attention to the 2026 FIFA World Cup as the Black Stars prepare for the tournament in North America.
