GBfoods Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to unity, compassion and community support with a courtesy visit to the National Chief Imam, Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, during the holy month of Ramadan.
The delegation was received by the Chief Imam and his council of elders, reinforcing the company’s longstanding relationship with the Muslim community.
During the interaction, the Chief Imam emphasised the shared origin of humanity and the importance of religious harmony, noting that diversity should be a source of strength that fosters mutual respect and peaceful coexistence.
Speaking during the visit, Marketing Director of GBfoods Ghana, Ewuraba Adusei, highlighted the importance of supporting communities during Ramadan.
“Ramadan is a season that calls for deep reflection on faith, generosity and togetherness,” she said, adding that the visit underscores the company’s commitment to standing with communities during significant moments.

As part of the visit, the company presented assorted food items, including Gino tomato products, Didi Shito and Jago Mayonnaise, to support families during the fasting period.
Media and Digital Manager, Yaa Bonah Danquah Darko, also underscored the importance of nutritious meals during Ramadan, noting that the company’s products are developed to meet nutritional needs while respecting cultural and religious values.
GBfoods Ghana further highlighted its ongoing Ramadan initiatives, including shared meals and community engagements aimed at strengthening social cohesion.
The company expressed appreciation to the Office of the National Chief Imam for its continued hospitality and extended best wishes to Muslim consumers nationwide ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
