Aduana FC have temporarily climbed to the summit of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League standings after Week 14.
The team from Dormaa over the weekend laboured to secure a 1-0 victory over Heart of Lions at the Kpando Sports Stadium.
After bagging the crucial three points away from home, Aduana FC increased their points tally to 27, one more than former league leaders Medeama SC, to claim the top spot.
Medeama, now second, have one outstanding league match to play after their Week 14 encounter against defending champions Gold Stars was postponed to December 31.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) announced the postponement following Medeama’s contribution of five players to the Black Galaxies squad ahead of their international friendly against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana.
If the Yellow and Mauves win the outstanding match, they would reclaim the top spot from Aduana FC.
As things stand, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, both on 24 points, sit third and fourth in the league table, respectively.
At the bottom of the league log, Dreams FC, Bechem United, and Eleven Wonders are in the relegation zone as their struggles in the division continue.
