Division One side, Port City FC, have announced the signing of former Hearts of Oak winger Isaac Mensah.
The experienced forward joins the Premier League promotion chasers for the second half of the season.
The 30-year-old returns to Ghana after a short spell in Iraq with Al Kahrbaa Club.
"We are delighted to announce the signing of former Accra Hearts of Oak and Petro de Luanda (Athletico/Sport Club) player ISAAC MENSAH and Attacking Midfielder who is bringing top-level experience and leadership to our squad. Welcome to the club," posted the club on their Facebook page.
Meansah is expected to help the Division One Zone Three league leaders to secure a place in next season's Premier League.
Port City currently face strong competition from Semper Fi in their zone.
Mensah also played for Inter Allies during his days in Ghana before leaving for Angola to sign for Petro Luanda.
