Ghana forward Prince Owusu scored for the third game running in the MLS but his exploits was not enough as CF Montreal suffered a 4-3 defeat at FC Cincinnati.
Owusu scored a second half brace but a last-gasp winner from Cincinnati's Togolese forward Kevin Denkey left the Canadian ending their road trip with defeat.
The 29-year-old, who has been left out of Ghana's squad for the international friendlies against Germany and Austria, had netted in the games against New York Red Bulls and Orlando City before his brace heroics at TQL Stadium.
In a thrilling and dramatic encounter, the visitors twice took the lead after Wikelman Carmona and Owusu struck before half time. Their goals was sandwiched by Ender Enchinique's 40th minute strike.
After the break, the hosts responded again through Ayoub Jabbari before they were reduced to ten men on the hour mark following the sending off of Miles Robinson.
Owusu netted his second of the game from the spot to restore Montreal's lead but with ten minutes remaining Cincinnati levelled through Tom Barlow, with Denkey snatching a late winner in injury time.
