Ghanaian forward Mohammed Fuseini scored one of his best career goals for Royal Union SG in their UEFA Champions League playoff clash against Bodo/Glimt on Tuesday night.
Fuseini, who started the match on the bench, was introduced in the second half with Union SG trailing and made an immediate impact.
With the Belgian side behind 2-1 late in the game, the Ghana international produced a superb solo effort in the 88th minute.
Fuseini picked up the ball and cut onto his left foot before firing a powerful strike into the top-left corner, beating Bodo/Glimt goalkeeper Nikita Haikin to make it 2-2.
His goal forced the match into extra time and kept Union SG's hopes alive.
However, Bodo/Glimt eventually secured a 3-2 victory after Andreas Helmersen headed home in the 117th minute.
