German-Ghanaian centre-forward Keziah Oteng-Mensah has joined PSV U21 from Frankfurt U19 for €250,000.
The 18-year-old completed the move on 12 August 2026, switching from Frankfurt’s under-19 side to PSV’s development team in the Netherlands. PSV U21 compete in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, giving Oteng-Mensah a move into Dutch football after progressing through the youth system at his birthplace club.
Oteng-Mensah was born in Frankfurt am Main and has represented both Germany and Ghana through his nationality eligibility. He stands 1.85m tall and is comfortable using either foot, while his principal position is centre-forward.
The striker joined Frankfurt U19 from Frankfurt U17 on 1 July 2025, having previously spent two seasons with Frankfurt’s youth set-up after moving from Frankfurt youth side RW Frankfurt in July 2020. His early development began at Rodelheim’s youth system before he moved to RW Frankfurt in 2018.
His latest transfer marks the first move of his career outside Germany. He leaves Frankfurt U19 after the 2025-26 season and begins a new chapter with PSV U21, where he will be part of the Eindhoven club’s pathway for developing young players.
Oteng-Mensah’s arrival adds a German-born forward with Ghanaian heritage to PSV’s under-21 squad. The move was formally completed on 12 August 2026 for a fee of €250,000.
